The Seeker God is Seeking Seekers; Bible Verses
Deuteronomy 4:29[God promises:] But if from there [wherever you are --no matter how far from God you may think or know yourself to be] you seek the LORD your God, you will find Him if you look for Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
Jeremiah 29:13 [God says:] You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.
Psalm 9:10 [David said of God:] You, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.

Proverbs 8:17 [God says:] I love those who love me [don’t miss this point… this verse does not say that He doesn’t love those who don’t love Him; in fact He does, He even loves His enemies (see John 3:16). The point here is a special emphasis for those who will seek the potential of loving relationship with Him], and those who seek Me find Me.
Jeremiah 6:16 [God says:] Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.
Ezekiel 34:11 For this is what The Sovereign LORD says: I myself will search for My sheep and look after them.
Matthew 7:7 [Jesus promises:] Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
Luke 19:10 [Jesus says of Himself:] For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. [God has made the initiative by seeking us first. We may not have even been aware of our lostness, still He seeks to save us.]
John 3:16 [Jesus says:] For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 6:37 [Jesus promises:] "...whoever comes to Me, I will never cast out."
John 7:17 Jesus said, “If anyone chooses to do God's will, he will find out whether My teaching [Jesus speaking] comes from God or whether I speak on my own.”

1 Timothy 2:3 God our Savior, … wants all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. [The question is, Do we want to be saved? Are we seeking the truth, and willing to explore the possibility of Jesus’ words as truth?]
2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
James 4:8 Come near to God and he will come near to you.
